One of the best parts of my job is traveling to the bay area for hospital visits. I took advantage of the amazing weather in Napa earlier this week for an easy 3-miler.
This Saturday we are set to run 10 miles, again in Palos Verdes. I've never run more than 9 miles, even in high school. Stay tuned for updates!
